Bachelor’s program [BSN] is four years, like other Bachelor’s programs.

Salary difference? unknown to me.

What I do know is that some states require a BSN in order to get an RN license and thus to do RN work. Others only require an Associate’s degree.

There are lots of jobs for RNs with Associate’s degrees in the states which are ok with that — this used to include Illinois, Georgia, Florida, and Texas at least, and very likely plenty more.
