Should I get my Associates Degree in Nursing and then pursue a BSN and MSN later or…?

I also have the option of finishing up my Psychology degree as a transfer student (in less than 2 years) and then applying to a MSN program for those with a bachelors degree in another field. I just don’t know what to do. I’ve gone back and forth and I need to make a decision soon. What do you think?

One thing to consider is that a lot of MSN programs require you to work as an RN for at least 3 years. Some programs don’t but they still like to see that you have.
