I bet they didn't ask her to clean up the bodily secretions, to do the dressings on stinking, gangrenous wounds or have to deal with the smelly, lice infested vagrants who sometimes turn up for treatment! I wonder if she kept her hair and nails all nice, did she get blisters from being on her feet for 12 hours straight....not likely! What a cynical so-and-so I am ;D Hmmm, what a nice little publicity stunt!
