  1. LPNs earn better wages than many people. They get a lot of experience with basic patient care. IT is a good stepping stone if you choose to become an RN later.
However, in my opinion, many times the schooling is as long or nearly as long as an Associates Nursing degree (RN). Given this circumstance, I, personally would choose to take the RN degree immediately for better wages and more versitile work options.
I DID make this choice 13 years ago, and have never regretted it. I am now an RN and am very satisfied with the work I do and the patients I care for.

  2. The schooling is much shorter and cheaper..if you are unsure whether or not you want to be doing nursing completely this is a good way to do it. You can ALWAYS go to school later..to do a transfer from LPN to RN. LPN classes are also easier to get into seemingly, RN classes tend to have years of wait lists at lots of universities. The LPN’s job can be less stressful at times because you don’t have as many responsibilities to worry about. Good luck

  3. Its more comfortable, elaborate and usefull. You will have interaction with other people and more training!

  4. You will make a good salary and yiu have a good education.

  5. More money!!!!!!!
