I get all my scrubs at Tafford, they are inexpensive and everyone always compliments me on my scrubs! Check them out.

Nurses have to be able to move easily, lift patients, get dirty, etc. Scrubs are cheap, comfortable, and easy to clean (or dispose of) if dirty.

I have found that dark blue with white spots is a matron, navy blue is a sister or ward manager, lighter blue is a staff nurse and a pale blue is a clinical support nurse but that’s all i know. i have seen nurses wearing grey scrubs and pink scrubs and im really wondering what they all mean

I guess they are called that as both are required to ‘scrub’ themselves clean before entering the theatre to prevent disease and contamination.
