Can You Get Your Lpn Or Rn Thru A Trade School?

I didn’t know if you have to go to a regular college to get your LPN or RN, or if you can go thru a trade school. I looked up the local college here in town and they require you to take algebra 1, English 1, Anatomy/lab – is this the usual requirement?
