I’m starting an RN program in the fall and reading a little in the fundementals book. There is so much about charting-nursing diagnoses, care plans, nurse’s notes!!!!! When do you do all this? Do you do it after each patient? at the end of the day? Thanks
Could someone please give me some websites that has free practice tests for LPN students. I really need this because my instructor tests are way too difficult. I may as well be taking the NCLEX-PN

Did you attend a technical school like High Tech Institute for your training ? How long was the program ? Is there alot of math, pharmacology math, or any other kind of math involved in the program ? What was the most challenging part of the program ?
