Getting pregnant so young was a huge shock to me & my boyfriend – it was very unplanned. I have planned on going to college to get my RN for years and already went to tech school to get my PCT (patient care technician) My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years and we are very happy about the birth of our little baby girl this October (once we got over the shock!) Hes a great guy, hes an HVAC apprentice & makes very good money for his age.
Going back to school stresses me out just thinking about it. Its going to be so hard, and I dont want to miss out on my baby girl growing up because I’m always gone at school & work. Should I try to go back sooner or later? Any young moms out there have any words of advice about managing school, work, and being a good mommy?
Once I found I was pregnant everyone in my family immediately went on “her life is over” drive & said how I would never get my career and that my life would be a struggle. I want to prove them wrong – BUT HOW!
