Is There A School That Offers A Transition Program From Lpn To Rn?

i already have an LPN license in the state of florida, Im going home to the philippines and im looking for a school that offers a transition program from LPN to RN. Would you know if there are any?

i think STI College has a ladderized nursing program, from LPN to RN. And have someone also check the advertisement of a nursing school posted in Manila Bulletin every Sunday. They accept second coursers. The program usually lasts for two years.
