If I Have A Rn Degree And Want To Go Back To School For Physical Therapy Assistant ?

I am wondering if i have a RN degree can i go back to school to be a physical therapy assistant and work in the clinic do i make more money because i have a RN degree ?

    It is true that you will not make as much money as a PTA as compared to an RN (the PT degree, however, is different).
    You will not make more money with an RN degree because your nursing skills will not benefit being a PTA…unless perhaps you work in a medical surgical setting where your experience may count.

    You’ll make far more money as a RN than as a PT Assistant. Or are you saying that you only have a Associates’ Degree but no RN license?
