Health Care Jobs. Which Is Best?

I am planning to go back to school and pursue a job in health care. I went to Ross Medical Education Center and graduated last March. I have still not been able to find a job. I want to get a bachelors degree, or a 4 year degree. I was just wondering what job possibilities I have and which health care jobs pay the most. What kind of education do I need to me a CRNA (nurse to the anesthesiologist), Physicains Assistant, Physical Therapy Assistant, Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner, and Dietitian. Which pays best?
Thanks in advance :o )

  1. CRNA, Physician assistant, and Nurse Practitioner, all need at least a masters degree. Since you need a master’s degree, these careers will pay the best. CRNAs probably obtain the most salary, over $120k. Physician assistants and Nurse Practioners do basically the same kind of work, make close to $100k. Most people who get into those three careers start out as nurses (BSN), just fyi.
Dietitians need at least a bachelors, though, most I know have a master’s degree. I don’t quite know the standards they have to achieve. They make about $60k.
RNs need at least a certificate or associates degree, and make $60k.
Physical Therapy Assistants need a certificate or associates degree and make about $40k.
I’d recommend shadowing people in those careers you’re looking at. They could answer your questions better than I could. Good luck with whatever it is you choose! :)

  2. Nurse practitioner pays best, you do your pre med degree then apply for med school, college cost allot, so you ll be in debt forever, if you are gonna do it just become a doctor you get paid more than a NP, its heavy duty stuff, this is like a lifetime commitment, so make sure you want to work 60-70 hrs for the first 5-10 years, i know people doing this, be prepared for allot of messed up people screaming for you to help them.

  3. ??????? ?Neophyte? ???????

Assistant careers are a 2 year degree. They generally will pay 40,000 (at most) a year.
I’m not entirely sure about the salaries of the rest
A Dietician is at least 4 years in college because you need to know multiple sciences.
