Yes it’s okay because talk show hosts are paid by private companies and government officials are paid by our taxes.
Edit: I don’t quite understand what your problem is. I don’t like Oprah, but she is not employed by taxpayers, so I have no problem with what she makes. If you are a Republican I would think you would support capitalism.
