I was under the impression that no one can view a juvenile record, but I’ve been hearing differently when it comes to the Florida state board of nursing, i’ve been to their website but cannot find my answer, does anybody know if this is true??

Juvenile records are always sealed. But in case there is something I am not aware of in Florida, the only things you need to worry about when it comes to being disqualified from licensure are major felonies or crimes of violence or abuse that would make you a risk to leave in charge of vulnerable adults or children.
