If you still did the same bedside nursing, your salary would not change at all more than likely–they do not care about the MPH. If you got a job doing public health nursing or went into public health in some form, your salary may even decrease if you took a civil service job. If you took a management job, it would be at whatever pay scale management makes. So really its impossible to say–you would have to compare your anticipated job head on to what you do now.
